Exodus, Leviticus, and Hebrews Study Begins Tomorrow!

Exodus, Leviticus, and Hebrews form a powerful triad for understanding God's covenantal relationship with His people. Exodus recounts God's deliverance of Israel from slavery in Egypt, revealing His identity as a redeemer and establishing the foundation of His covenant through the giving of the Law and the construction of the Tabernacle, where His presence dwells among His people. Leviticus expands on this by detailing the sacrificial system and laws for holiness, emphasizing how a holy God invites His people to worship and live in purity. Hebrews, in the New Testament, illuminates these Old Testament texts by showing how Jesus fulfills the Law and the sacrificial system as the ultimate High Priest and perfect sacrifice, opening a new and living way for believers to enter God's presence. Studying these books together deepens our understanding of redemption, covenant, and the continuity of God’s plan of salvation, culminating in Christ.

Schedule:

• 4:30p: Evening Prayer

• 5p-6p: Bring Your Own Dinner (BYOD) – Enjoy a meal and fellowship with fellow parishioners

• 6p-7p: Catechesis Classes – Separate classes will be offered for both students and adults.

  • Children’s Catechesis will take place in the chapel

  • There will be a Newcomers Class for those who want to learn more about St. Paul’s, what we believe, and what we do.

  • There will be a class for members running concurrently.
